You can come to us for the entire process, from initial design, installation to maintenance. Our process for your new energy system, installation or home automation system takes place in several phases.

Phase 1: Intake — realistic and focused advice

How do you envision it? In which rooms do you want what convenience? What energy consumption does the building have, which consumer components are present? How do you want to control your home automation? What requirements do you have for lighting design? In the intake phase, we discuss all the options and the preconditions with the project manager. We review your requirements and wishes in every way. In this phase, we give you specific advice about solutions. We know all options in the field of energy, installation and home automation and have the latest techniques in-house. In consultation with you, we will determine whether a detailed calculation is necessary.

Phase 2: Design — seamlessly integrated home automation

Maestr translates your requirements and wishes and the structural preconditions into a design. We advise on the optimal placement of connections and components in the rooms. Together, we will choose the best solutions for your situation. We ensure that we seamlessly integrate the systems into your project. To achieve this, we coordinate with each discipline involved. We make an overview of all functionalities and record every aspect and appointment. Each party involved knows exactly what elements the systems consist of, so we prevent surprises in implementation.

Phase 3: Installation — by appointment, technically perfect

Maestr will install your new system in accordance with the agreements we made with you in phases 1 and 2. We have this discipline in-house, not hiring external parties. This ensures that the (in) construction is technically perfect and runs as agreed. Prior to and during the installation, we coordinate with the project manager, contractor and/or architect.

Phase 4: delivery — control and explanation

Upon delivery, we check everything: software, equipment and the operation of all functionalities. You will receive a clear explanation of the practical operation and operation of your new system. Maestr answers all your questions.

Phase 5: follow up — optimizing the system

We know from experience that specific wishes are only clear after you have been using your new energy or home automation system for a few weeks. That is why Maestr always visits you a few weeks after delivery. You share your experience with the controls and the possibilities of the applied system. If necessary, we adjust things and optimize settings.

Service and maintenance

We have in-house service and maintenance. Maestr offers various forms of contract. For your maintenance contract, you always have one point of contact. We are happy to inform you about the options.
