Keizersgracht

A high-quality renovation of a monumental canal house to contemporary standards. Designed by Heyligers Architects, the house has undergone a beautiful metamorphosis, in an even more beautiful location with beautiful views. In this project, Maestr was responsible, among other things, for the entire home automation, network installations, security system, audiovisual installations and lighting. The level of detail is high, such as KNX-controlled heating plates behind marble for towels, or an SMI controlled awning system.
