Project description:
A high-quality renovation of a monumental canal house to contemporary standards. Designed by Heyligers Architects, the house has undergone a beautiful metamorphosis, and that in an even more beautiful location with beautiful views. In this project, Maestr was responsible for the entire domotics, network installations, security system, audiovisual installations and lighting. The level of detail can be called high, for example KNX-controlled heating plates behind marble for the towels, or an SMI-controlled sun protection system.
